Business Administration

Preparation

I am currently studying in the majors of Business Administration. The BA has been designed as generalist program managers for supplying all the necessary background to work in international management in finance, marketing strategy. The traditional full-time BA reserved to young high-potential executives whose professional experience is becoming shorter (two to four years) - hence our decision to integrate our preparatory cycle. The Executive BA (EBA), usually offered part-time, followed by older executives seeking career changes. Participants in the MBA should give greater prominence to the efforts made and thus make them be a learning experience of a lifetime.

Students will learn how to apply the theory of business to gain practical experience and learn to manage in a changing global environment. Business advisory councils are found at every business school in the country. Some consult on school general issues. Council members guide the strategic plan, student recruitment and placement, and fundraising. Some focus on the curriculum of a department or degree. Members also advise on the school's Master of Labor and Human Resources program. The teaching method is "Socratic" based on case studies and based on the strong participation of students who bring their experiences to link theory and practice. Before the course, students must read a case featuring a manager who must make a decision or propose a solution to a problem. They must put in place of this manager and develop their solution. In class, students share their views they habitually feed their professional experience. The teacher guides the speeches and brings the concepts by linking them with the case. Thus, teaching is immediately put into perspective with business practice.
