The current paper discusses and draws a comparison between the two styles of leaderships in different context. This research is undertaken through the preparation of a complete research plan which provides the readers a brief background of the topic. An extensive literature is studied by undertaking the literature review search. Various databases and websites are researched in order to compare the two leadership styles, their definitions, applications and other relevant information. Then, the selection of a suitable methodology is made in order to assist the collection of baseline data. The choice of method depends upon what kind of research is planned to be conducted. This is a business management research, so most of the information is obtained through surveys and the questionnaire responses.

Sampling Summary
The goals, objectives and research questions are mentioned in the research plan, and they are further elaborated upon in the final study. The research design presents the proposition of the research along with its primary objectives and techniques of conducting surveys. The current topic, through a deep literature search, enables the researcher study the latest contributions to Authoritarian and Democratic Leadership that emerge from the globalized organizations and Hofstede's cross-cultural psychology, psychology of personality styles for reinterpretation of charismatic leadership in social purpose, and the concept of leadership for change-oriented organizations. Thus, a comparative analysis is performed for the current study.
The sampling process of the current research is performed through the random sampling method. The population from the relevant organizations is selected according to convenience of the researcher and on a random basis. A non-probability, random sample is selected from the population to support the information search on the subject. The questionnaires are then distributed to the people in the sample to present their responses. These responses, ultimately, assist the researcher in collecting data, compiling it together, and forming a solid conclusion on the basis of the analysis of findings obtained from the survey. The questions are designed in a structured, closed-ended questionnaire and this is easier for the respondents to provide their responses; also such responses are easier for the researcher to analyze. The subject matter would be to compare two leadership styles: democratic and authoritarian leadership.

This provides a key feature to the future researchers to conduct their researches and investigations through a scientific method of research.
