Introduction

Al Dar is eh real estate Development Company that is working in the management and the investment of the retail and property sector in United Arab Emirates. The company has its headquarter in Abu Dhabi and United Arab Emirates. One of the key functions that are performed by the Aldar is that they take care of the building of the projects and they have taken part in some of the more distinguished projects that are the part of the United Arab Emirates architecture. Some of the projects that Al Dar has been the part of our Al Raha Beach, the Al Jimi Shopping Centre and some other mega projects. At the same time, another projects that are been completed by them are some prominent projects such as the Yas Island. Yas Island is one of the more successful projects that has been completed by them. Some of the constituents of the project the Yas Island are being carried out by the Aldar properties are the Yas Marina Circuit, the project with the name of the Ferrari world. Another prominent project that they have been a part of are the eminent projects such as the Al Gurm Resort which is one of the larger resorts of the Abu Dhabi as well as the project with the name of the Abu Dhabi Central Market that is carried out with the name of Souq.

Company Profile

As far as the ownership of the company is concerned the company is owned by the group with the name of the Abu Dhabi institutions (Malkawi & Pillai, 2013, p.135). These are the founder shareholders of the company, at the same time; they are also the individual investors that have taken part in the project. If one looks at the current property [portfolio of the company, it can be seen that they are carrying out the development work in Abu Dhabi as well as taking care of the re development work that is happening at the moment in the major part of the Abu Dhabi. Some of the things that they are taking care of and they are looking after the development of is the Central market of the Abu Dhabi. As discussed above, much of the work that is carried out at the Al Raha Beach has been carried out by the Aldar properties. They are also helping with the development work that is happening in Coconut Island, Al Mamoura, the Al Grum Resort. One of the bigger feathers in their cap is the project with the name of the Mudabala Development Company.
