Email Policy

Introduction

Emails at work always been an important part of the work and to reply to those accordingly definitely adds an extra benefit to your skills because it shows that an employee is good in handling multiple tasks at the same time. However, according to some people replying to emails might divert the attention but one thing need to be noted that only those people got success in job who handle different tasks, therefore, the email notify as a formal email policy that applied in the organization and all the employees are strictly bound to follow the email policy.

Specifications of the Policy

Following are the attributes and specifications of the policy;

All the employees need to activate their outlook and follow the simple rules to sort out the incoming mails and also need to prioritize the mails based upon the sender. This would possibly take some time, therefore, 2 days are given to employees to get their outlook in working condition and still if they have any concern must contact the IT department.

The employees need to figure out the emails that required immediate attention depend upon the sender, therefore, the employees need to be sound and efficient to figure out the nature of mail.

As most of employees now having smart phones, therefore, software department will hook up the smart phones with the official id to receive and send emails.

Another point of email policy is that all employees need to update their contacts on regular basis, so that every department of the organization could remain in touch through the email.

All the employees are bound to reply the email if any upcoming event or news shared with employees.
