Planning Phase

This is a detailed report on the construction of a building project, which will shed light on all the important aspects of work which are necessary for the successful completion of a building construction project. It will outline the required steps which are imperative for a building construction project to be carried out in an appropriate manner.

This application must be complete and documented to include state of the elements following: - Scenario; - Identification of problems and consequences; - Subject of the application; - Projected cultural programming; - Business plan and / or market research; - Summary statement of needs; - Description of the desired project without sketch; - Location criteria; - Magnitude of anticipated costs; - Predicted impacts on the operating budget; - Relevant argumentation; - Identification of financial partners; - Projected financing plan. Scoping Study

- Eligibility and admissibility of the application; - The relevance and priority of the project in a local, regional or national level; - Comparative study of the costs of completion and maintenance of the building; - The applicant's ability to assume the management of the equipment and ensure sustainability; - The impact on recurring operating budget of the organization. Decision: Following its analysis, the Department shall inform the applicant of its decisions with regard to the eligibility and admissibility of the application and the relevance and priority it attaches to the submitted project.

Step 2

Feasibility Studies

The ministry has ruled on the admissibility of the application and relevance of the project submitted, the applicant becomes promoter. He will instruct its project manager to plan and coordinate all activities related to the conduct of studies feasibility, which are critical to the achievement of its objectives. The formation of a team of construction professionals and specialists relevant area is required to support the promoter in the expression of its needs as well as for the conduct of technical studies.
