The current world has adopted globalization in all its economic and business activities. The organizations now conduct their operations all over the world and have expanded themselves to undertake their activities locally as well as internationally. However, when they move to a foreign country, they are required to assess and evaluate the business roots in that country in every manner. This refers to the fact that any company moving towards globalization is required to assess the relevant places in terms of their environments, technological advancements, polices and regulations and various other aspects.

In this report, we intend to discuss and analyze how automobile manufacturer “Bugatti” would launch its operations in Oman. Oman is an economically developing country and its GDP has managed to increase over past few decades. Launching Bugatti (a high end automobile) would certainly hold a number of growth prospects for the automobile manufacturer and Oman's economy. In the present report, we would discuss the possible avenues for BUGATTI and its relevance to Oman. We would conduct a thorough analysis of the market opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Bugatti to establish its presence and operations in an alien country i.e. Oman. Bugatti has launched Bugatti Veyron 16.4 in Oman. The launch was grand in which the model featured air intakes and a reversing camera. This model has been made at the headquarters of the company.
