Introduction

This paper examines and explains that Buddhist meditation which is an open proffer to all those who want to know its own mind. What percentage of Buddhist teachings that you include in your life depends on how you understand the teachings and how they are motivated towards achieving them. You do not need to meditate on a certain number of hours each day and there really is no “correct” way of being Buddhist. Buddhism is a path of spiritual development and practice? a person with knowledge of the true nature of life. Buddhist practices such as meditation? to serve as a means of changing oneself in order to develop the qualities of awareness? kindness and wisdom. Buddhist ideology does not advocate the practice of worshiping God in a physical form. Therefore? most often not considered a religion in the usual sense.
