Introduction

Buddhism was found about 2500 years back in India, Buddhism carries immense significance in the Far East. Buddhism is a course of practice and sacred development leading to Insight into the true nature of reality. The entire Buddhism is based on the teachings and beliefs of Siddhartha Gautama. Siddhartha Gautama left his rich background at the age of twenty nine and went in the search of a simple life. He introduced meditation as a self physical punishment which helped him to relax and cure his impurities. The practices of Buddhists encompass meditation which means the changing of oneself in order to expand the qualities of wisdom, kindness, and intelligence (Jackson, 2013). An enlightened human being sees the nature of truth absolutely evidently, just as it is, and lives entirely and naturally in harmony to that vision. The teachings of Buddhists enabled the followers to understand the realities of life in order to make themselves pure from the evils.

The objective of the Buddha hood is to end the sufferings of any individual who attains it. The fundamental doctrine of Buddhist philosophy are simple and convenient, nothing is predetermined or enduring as actions carry reactions along, hence amendments are achievable. Buddhism relates itself to all inhabitants irrespective of any discrimination referring to race, nationality, caste, sexuality, or gender. Buddhism preaches convenient techniques which facilitate people to realize and use its teachings in order to transform their experiences so that they can be completely conscientious about their and others lives.

Association of Buddhism with Human Beings

The confidence placed by the followers in Buddhism can conveniently be related to the faith a patient have in his physician. A Buddhist seeks protection in the Buddha since it was he who revealed the path of liberation. I agree to the fact that the Buddhism helps address the problems that it thinks humans endure. This religion continues to facilitate the human being spiritually in order to deal with their misery and melancholy (Watkins & Gnoth, 2011, pp 1274-1299). The preaching of Buddhism is all about enlightening the human beings. The foundation of this religion laid in the freedom from the sufferings. The followers of Siddhartha Gautama studied more and learned through his thoughts and turned in to monks. The monks educated more adherents in order to divert them towards the realities of life as per their beliefs. Buddhists have influenced the life of human beings immensely since ages. Buddhism strives to clear the impurities amongst human beings which relates to selfishness, greed and egoism. This religion has always thrived to eradicate the tempt of world from the human beings.

In Buddhism a person is not considered great through his belongings and power; in fact he is respected and judged as a great person depending on his ethical character and discipline (Watkins & Gnoth, 2011, pp 1274-1299). Buddhism generates kindness and heedfulness within individuals, simultaneously reduces hatred and greed from them.
