Introduction

This paper is considering five brochures of different products such as cruise, extended coach tour, train, car rental and hotel. The paper will describe the services that the travel agencies of these products will offer to the customers. Furthermore, it will incorporate the information of the customer that will be necessary for assigning club or hotel membership. Moreover, it will incorporate such information of the customers which will be necessary for offering airline tickets and other travel services to the customers. The available services of cruise, train, extended coach tour, car rental and the hotel will also be incorporated in the paper. Hence, this paper will assist in learning the required information of the customers which will be essential for providing secured and reliable services to the customers.

Cruise

Weddings

Our cruise offers amusing wedding ceremonies by offering seafood buffet in the cruise. The customer will be enjoying a high level of services by taking advantage from our seafood cruise boat. Before reservation, we ask all the necessary information from the customer in order to make his or her reservation successful. We will discuss the timings o the wedding ceremony as well as the menu of lunch or dinner will also be discussed with the customer. High level services and high quality meal will make the day of wedding memorable and unique (The Gann Family, n.d.).

Corporate and group functions

The customer will be interrogated that whether they need to organize group and corporate functions in the cruise. Corporate and group functions will include birthday parties, Christmas parties, end of year work functions, training seminars and corporate functions, theme nights, pamper nights in conjunction with tranquility, concerts and dance parties. The customer will choose the party which he or she wants to arrange in the cruise. The customer will be asked for the timings of party for scheduling a proper and suitable time for organizing his or her party. Moreover, we will gather information from the customer regarding the number of people who will be attending the party. Meal or refreshment menu will also be discussed with the customer (The Gann Family, n.d.).

Casual dining

In the service of casual dining, customer will be able to enjoy the sensational hot dishes and seafood buffet. Before providing service to the customer the customer will be inquired that how many people will be having casual dining. Moreover, timings and duration of their dining will also be discussed with the customer (The Gann Family, n.d.).

Extended coach tour

Our travel services are offering blasting tour for spending the holidays to its customers. Our tourism services will make the holidays of its customers memorable and unique. Before reservation, we will gather all the necessary information from the customer. We will firstly ask that which package the customer will go for. Moreover, their lunch and dinner menu as well as their staying room will also be discussed with the customer. The tour packages are ranging from 5 to 14 nights (Vectogravic, 2013).
