Introduction: Breast cancer in men happens rarely and it is recognized that the mutation in the gene BRCA2 responsible for the growth of cancer cells in men. The families who contain the mutation in the gene BRCA2 have more chances for the development of cancer and the people who are in relation with the carriers of the mutated gene can also develop cancer. Random studies have indicated that the carrier of the gene is only a single person per 1000 people in a society. People who develop the breast cancer also have the chances for the development of prostate cancer.
Materials and methods: Survival analysis was performed for the patients of breast cancer, and it was recognized that the lobular breast cancer was present on higher levels in men, and there is a need of identification of methods of treatments. Another study has indicated that the methods of treatment of the male breast cancer are same as methods of treatment of the girl.
Results and Discussion: Many therapies have found to be effective for the treatment of the breast cancer in men including Hormonal therapy, Chemotherapy, Radiation therapy and Adjuvant pharmacologic therapy.
Conclusion: BRCA1 and BRCA2 help in the repairing of DNA and mutation in these genes can cause cancer. The PARP inhibitors block the repairing mechanism of DNA and they also prevent the growth of mutated cancer cells and study is being conducted for the development of the drugs containing the PARP inhibitors.

Introduction
Breast cancer is the rare form of cancer that occurs in men. The occurrence of this disease in men is 100 times lower than it occurs on women. The risk of cancer in men occurs of about 1 person among 1000 men. Past studies have shown the incidence of disease is constant from last 30 years, and forecast of the disease was considered a worse situation as it was considered for women. There are a few researches on this disease because of rare occurrence. According to the current study, Sex particular drug treatment can also be effective for the breast cancer. The journal of medical genetics reported in the year 2010 that the men who carry a mutated gene for the susceptibility of protein BRCA2 have the risk of development of breast cancer up to 8%. An analysis of 321 families was conducted who have the pathogenic mutation of BRCA2 and the results showed that 16 men developed breast cancer and their ages were between 29 to 79 years. These men had the first level relationship with the people who were the carrier of BRCA2 mutation. 8 men were also found to improve the cancer, and they were the second degree relative of the carriers of BRCA2 mutation (Gethins, 2012). Gareth Evans reported that according to the study of random people only 1 person among the 1000 people is the carrier of the mutation in gene BRCA2. He also said that the people who are the ...
