Introduction

Scouting is a movement for youth which aims to mould them into good citizenship, irrespective of their caste, creed or religion. In fact, the movement is non-military, non-class, non-sectarian, and non-political by nature. Times have changed, and the old people prefer the exercise of the Boy Scouts of young people, on the other hand scouts also believed their roles in society an important and constructive one.
