The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by conducting critical analysis of the two books “The Good Earth” by Pearl Buck and “Storming Heaven” by Denise Giardina. In this critique, we will discuss the major emphasis of each of two books, the area of concern, and opinions of both the author and the reader on the issue.
