Abstract

In this report, I will expound on the six key elements it takes to create a blueprint of how a company should be engineered in order to secure a well-rounded organization. Based on my diagram of Birthrite Services organizational structure I will identify the theory that is utilized by that company. The strategies used by the company will also be evaluated to see what is successful and what the company will need to make improvements on. Also in reviewing the organizational structure, developments will be made to continue the growth and enhancement of the company.

The Key elements of Birthrite's organizational Structure

An organizational structure is based on a company's position. When designing an organization, there are certain procedures, a steady work flow from the company should remain secondary. These programs address the evolutionary or structure (Robbins, Coulture, 2009) should be included in the six key elements of creation. The first factor is:

Work Specialization

Managers viewed work specialization as an inexhaustible source of increased productivity. And they were probably right, because specialization has not practiced; generates its introduction almost always have higher productivity.This is a problem because employees tend to make silly situation and lead to high turnover (Robbins, Coulture, 2009).

Departmentalization

Departmentalization is the number of units that have similar functions and complete the work / or professional summary. Departmentalization refers to the process of grouping activities into departments.Division provides specialists who need coordination.
