Depression is increasing day by day globally, which is associated with a number of dangerous aspects of the physical and mental health. A patient, having depression disorders, is most prominent to a number of physical risks that may lead him towards death. Studies have shown that interpersonal psychotherapy have a great impact over the condition of depressive patients. Interpersonal psychotherapy in the combination with spiritual dimensions is associated with the increased rates of success in the depressive patient. Moreover, certain recommendations should be used in the bio-psychosocial spiritual model to treat the condition of depression.

Introduction
Psychosocial therapy has reached a new level in providing care for the patients of depression. Being an alternative to the traditional, conversational remedy, the psychotherapy knowledge base was highlighted as providing individuals with spirituality, lifestyle, mind-body approaches, exercise, and nutrition in increasing the effectiveness of clinics. The issue that has evolved in this day and century is the rise of the Depression Epidemic. It is happening at a time when the metal heath criterion is filled potential possibilities. Currently, there are a higher number of mental health practitioners providing treatments to patients than ever in history. Many researchers argue, in the current era, there should be an effective strategy or treatment to resolve the health risks of anxiety and depression (Champion & Power, 2012).

It is within this aspect that a new methodology or solution needs to be developed. Consider the possibility that all psychiatric drugs have become obsolete. This assumption is the milestone of biomedicine regarding mental health. Bio-psychosocial spiritual model refers to the lively, psychological, and social aspects of model that also utilize the effectiveness of spiritual dimensions for the treatment of depression.
Causes of Depression
There is no single, isolated cause of depression. It is considered a collaborative effort of psychological, environmental, genetic, and biological elements. The unique mixture of several components of the individual interacts in such a manner that causes that human being to experience depression. The most common factors are the psychological, biological and environmental components that evaluate whether the person is experiencing a mood of depression (Causes of Depression, 2010).
Psychological factors play a major role in triggering depression. Being overly pessimistic or thinking in an irrational, negative manner is considered the main criteria of the sickness. Specific styles of personality (such as self criticism or excessive dependence) are responsible for the mood of depression (Causes of Depression, 2010).
