Henri Fayol is a known scholar who developed the theory of business administration that is being used by the managers in today's century. Henri Fayol developed various management aspects and most importantly he developed fourteen principles of management. He also introduced five basic functions of management that are used by manages in almost all the organizations. These functions involve the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling. The implication of management theories in the organizational management that are proposed by Henri Fayol has given man benefits to the organizations. The organizations have achieved heights of success and the marked improved profitability margins.
This paper aims at writing the bibliography of the three selected articles. The bibliography will show the detail of the selected articles and then later, in assignment three, an analysis will be made on the argument question, i.e. “Is Henri Fayol's management theory relevant today?” the analysis of this argument will be made with the help of the selected three articles and based on the analysis it will be concluded that whether the Henri Fayol's management theory relevant today or not.

In the management article written by Lee D. Parker and Philip A. Ritson (2005), the authors have tried to find out the misinterpretations that are carried out by many theorists in classifying the concepts and ideas that are presented by the Henri Fayol. According to the authors, the Henri Fayol's management theory is very complex as well as full of vision that provides the management framework to the managers. This study has been made to explore the issues that are highlighted in interpreting the management theories presented by Henri Fayol. However, in this research study, the authors have not included the views of the managers in the different industries that are related to the Henri Fayol's management approaches.
The authors have examined the overall and complete history of the Henri Fayol and have made critical analysis of the genuine work that was carried out by him. This research study has found that the Henri Fayol was a personality with very complex and multidimensional aspects that he is predicted in today's era. This has also shown that how the basis of Henri Fayol's management theory has developed the new ideas and concepts of the humans as well the business systems management theories. The fourteen points presented by Henri Fayol are also highlighted in this study and their relevance is evaluated in today's business situations.
