Bible: Why is it Misunderstood and Misinterpreted?
Introduction
Human being need wisdom and the Bible becomes a source of wisdom for them. Though, we can argue about the accuracy of certain passages from the Bible but the fact cannot be ignored that the Bible is the first historical writing on Earth. The principles of any law or story written in the Bible can be argued but an extraordinary account of sophisticated writing, revolutionary laws and stories are identified by every human being. Despite of its greatness, people often misunderstood and misinterpret the Holy Bible. They get inspirations for good deeds but also used it to harm the humanity for their own sake. There is a need to understand that why the Bible is so often misunderstood and misinterpreted.

Two-Fold Problem
People understood the Bible in two-fold ways. There are the times when the translation is wrong and other time the way it is interpreted is mistaken. Despite of correct translation, many times it becomes difficult to understand its real meaning or the original essence of the verse. For example, a verse is often misunderstood because of its various translations, “…I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.”
Many people do not understand the concept of “unto the end of the world”, because sometime they do not grasp the idea of God with him after their end of life as they will already accompany Him there. Here the translation of word “world” can be transformed into “age” as it will be easy to understand that the God will be with them until their worldly death. The word age will also be suitable because it is translated from a Greek word “aion” and its literally meaning is “age”.
Another problem is not with the translation but with the interpretation ...
