Organizational learning is an effective tool in strategic management. The organizations well on the path to success have the two aligned very well. They use organizational learning as one of the strategic resources and design strategies accordingly. Organizational learning is a systematic process and may be used for the benefit of the organization. The hypothesis that has been chosen is can organizational learning be considered a predictor of effective strategic management? In determining this causal relationship between the two variables, there are other variables that come into play and affect the relationship between the two. Organizational learning best serves as a tool for effective strategic management when the organization is clear on the various processes of learning.

Introduction
The hypothesis that has been chosen is can organizational learning be considered a predictor of effective strategic management? Organizational learning is an effective tool in strategic management. The organizations well on the path to success have the two aligned very well. They use organizational learning as one of the strategic resources and design strategies accordingly (Keenoy, 1990). Organizational learning is a systematic process and may be used for the benefit of the organization. Through Strategic Fitness Process, it has been found that managers strive to create sync between their styles of leadership and the coherence between the organizational environment and its strategy. A business may come up with excellent strategies that work very well on the paper; however, if the same are not supported by organizational culture, processes and people, the organization will not be able to reap the desired results from the strategy.
The paper discusses the theoretical framework that may be used with the hypothesis as well as elaborates the research design that must be used for this type of research. The theoretical framework shows the study purpose and significant variables used in the study, whereas the scientific research section depicts the methodology, sample, data collection and the use of the questionnaire and statistical tools to facilitate the research design.
Theoretical Framework
Theoretical framework identifies the variables that are there in the hypothesis and the relationship between them. In the given hypothesis there are two variables - organizational learning and effective strategic management. The hypothesis assesses whether the former is a pre-requisite for the latter or not. In determining this causal relationship between the two variables, there are other variables that come into play and affect the relationship between the two.
Figure 1) Conceptual Map
The above diagram presents the conceptual map that defines the theoretical framework for the research. Organizational learning is a combination of the ability of the organization to convert the experience of performing a task into meaningful knowledge and sharing it with others across the organization. This leads to the development of essential structures, process and practices. Hence, if there is one thing that stimulated the process of organizational learning, it has to be an organizational culture that has knowledge transfer embedded into ...
