Being a team member on campus

Much has been said and done in line with the changes and the challenges that are being experienced over the years. Every day, and with each passing time, it became evident that companies and organizations and even people have now begun to engross and embed their efforts and skills to break down barriers and reduce differences amongst the people and those involved in realizing and rendering their efforts in advent of achieving and making way for becoming an important contributive part of the process.

In my time spent on campus, I have been able to learn and educate myself in the midst of team development and learning altogether. These days, as we move ahead onto the world of collaboration and coordination, students and people come together towards understanding and comprehending the recurrent changes and the challenges that not only symbolizes and make way to work, but also that these individuals call for developing and organizing their efforts, in order to make things work altogether.

Considering being an MBA student myself, my beliefs and ideologies in terms of learning and education not only have become much more firm and focused. During my time spent on campus, even though my studies and the paradigm of learning have become rather subject-centric, there is still so much to learn being the consistent process that it is.

Every day, particularly when we have think-tank sessions in different classes, this has been a rather rewarding experience for me. My teachers and professors are rather encouraging and they continue to bring about ideas so different and ideologies so unique, to the point that it not only makes way for a better understanding and comprehension of the subjects at hand, but also helps me maintain my focus and concentration, which would ...
