Introduction

Baxter Manufacturing Company (BMC) is involved in the production of large volumes of a very high quality of stampings. In late 1980s, many customers went to Just In Time manufacturing, but it gave a negative impression over them so now they ask for an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Don Collins and Lou Moore have suggested two automated systems to be followed in BMC, and now Sue Barkley (Vice President for Customer Relations) have to take the decision of accepting, rejecting or do nothing to this course of action and report to her brother Kyle Baxter (President).
