An interview was conducted with Anita Shah, franchise owner of Baskin-Robbins. Here are the interview questions:

Question 1: History of Baskin- Robbins?

Answer: Famous Ice Cream parlor, Baskin-Robbins is a worldwide chain of ice-cream parlors established by Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins in the year1953, from the merger of their individual ice cream parlors, in California. It asserts to be the leading chain of ice-cream area of expertise all over the world.

Question 2: Depict your business?

Answer: I am the franchise owner of three outlets. The first one was started in 2005, which is an arrangement with both Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, and from that time I have started with two more of its outlets. My business comprises of a fast paced, great capacity setting. It is considered to be the leading chain of ice-cream area.

Question 3: What made you set up your business?

Answer: I have always sought after to optimistically impact the life of others. My company helps to sustain the society and respects the desires of our valuable consumers. Offering them with considerate and well-mannered service lightens their day.

Question 4: Your relation with your customers?

Answer: I attach importance with the relations I have made with my all customers. I recognize that I am adding pleasure to their day and bringing grins to all the ice cream lovers.

Question 5: Your top priority?

Answer: At my stores, main concern is to struggle to offer prompt and gracious service to all clientele at the same time as being thoughtful to their detailed requirements.

Question 6: What has been the most complicated hindrance in administering a business?

Answer: In this very aggressive market, there is constant apprehension in the start about making your company thrives and be profitable. I admit that one has to be powerful, so that fear does not turn out to be an impediment in attaining set targets. Furthermore, working with the right players in a team to serve our consumers is, for all time, a center of attention.

Question 7: What do you like most about working your business?

Answer: I get a lot of contentment from happy clientele. Devoid of them, I could not accomplish something. My dedication to them and to my workers is supreme to my pleasure of working this business.
