Introduction

The cellular and other mobile devices to communicate verbally, by email or text messaging, are increasingly popular in the Unites States. Their use while driving is also increasing. Several recent studies show that cell phone use while driving is an important source of cognitive and visual distractions that increase the risk of being involved in a road accident.
