Balanced Scorecard Case Study

This paper is based on a case study that involves a bank called, Tri-Cities Community Bank (TCCB). The bank is faced up by the problem of integration among its branches due to the fact that the Chief Executive Officer seems to be apprehensive about implementing balanced scorecard technique in the internal operations of the bank.
