Phases of bacterial growth

The phases of bacterial growth are studied in autrecological field of study. There are four stages of bacterial growth, which are lag phase, log phase or exponential phase, stationary phase, and death phase (Todar, 2009). The curve exhibiting the bacterial growth is as follow:
