Daryl Mark Williams (born August 8, 1973, in Cleveland, Tennessee) is an American country music artist, known professionally as Mark Wills. Signed to Mercury Records between 1996 and 2003, he released five studio albums for the label — Mark Wills, Wish You Were Here, Permanently, Loving Every Minute and And the Crowd Goes Wild — as well as a greatest hits package. Wills's eighth chart entry was a cover of R&B singer Brian McKnight's 1998 hit single "Back at One". This cover was a Top Five hit for him in early 2000 and the first single from his third album, Permanently. This album was Wills's highest entry on the country albums charts, peaking at No.3 there. One of the many Cd's was a greatest hit's album. This takes me to the song I chose to analyse. The song I chose to analyze is Changes by Mark Wills. Greatest Hits is a double disc greatest hits album for the late rapper 2Pac, released by Death Row Records in 1998. Changes is a song that was created after the death of Mark, in this song there are many instruments some of them including a piano, guitar, and a drum machine to produce various sounds. This song sampled the melody and chorus of Mark Wills. "Back at One" is really a unique selection of words, but Mark took it and mood due to its content. This work of music has a very high intensity because all of the instruments used in the song are very loud and make you want to stay awake unlike a lullaby which has a low level of intensity. This song's intensity is very high due to the fact that the piano keys being played are high pitched and also the way that the drums are being struck makes the intensity of the whole song very high. You can say that the loudness of this song is basically from the pianos and the drums used in it.

The pitch used in this song is considerably high because of the drum machine and the piano used to make all of the distinctive sounds.
