Introduction
Health, safety and security are the major aspects which are demanded by the customers of airline industry. Aviation industry must focus on the aspects of health, security and safety while providing their services in order to make their customers satisfied with their provided services. Aviation industry is making every possible effort to make their operations and services healthy, secured and safe in order to provide their customers with highly satisfied and high quality services to their customers (Betts, 2002, p.n.d.). Integration of security, safety and health measures in an airline company will help in attracting more and more customers towards its services. In this way, airline industry will grow and develop further. Security, safety and health measures will contribute to the increment in profitability and productivity of their business as more and more customers will get attracted towards their safe, secure and healthy services. Thus, aviation industry must employ all of the proposed policies in order to ensure security, health and safety of its customers (Betts, 2002, p.n.d.).

Improving Safety and Security of Aviation Industry
Today, air transport industry is enjoying high safety and security levels due to the deployment of ever evolving technology into their operations. High level of security and safety of aviation industry is representing an achievement built on the efforts and determination of the whole community of aviation (Bonvilliam & Sharp, 2002, p.n.d.). After the attack of 9/11, aviation industry has recognized the significance of security and safety in their services. International Civil Aviation Organization has collected a complete review of safety related to the successes and initiatives in the Global Aviation Safety report. The report provides all the information related to the informed decisions continuing improvement in safety and security outcomes of aviation industry. Through this report, ICAO has intended to promote enhanced responsibility and credibility by ensuring steadiness with its planned goals. In the period of last decade, there has been fundamental shift in the approach to safety and security in aviation community (Bonvilliam & Sharp, 2002, p.n.d.). International Civil Aviation Organization along with its stakeholders are implementing and developing risk based and pragmatic approaches for addressing rising issues of global safety in order to better security and safety of aviation industry. Development of these security and safety strategies are ensuring the safest transportation mode because it is continuing to accommodate the important development in air travel and global populations forecast for the upcoming future. Thus, ICAO and all of the airline companies are making every possible effort for promoting more practical and helpful safety and security strategies as well as for developing effective and efficient solutions so as to meet the demands of the developing global system of air transportation. Aviation industry is focusing towards a new paradigm for ensuring airline security and safety (Bonvilliam & Sharp, 2002, p.n.d.).
