Introduction

This literature is designed to describe a broad idea about autism in a person. The literature will discuss the cause and strategies that we can use to maintain their stable life cycle in a school. The literature will identify the initial steps the parents of autistics should follow when they find out that their child has autistic characteristics. The procedure of setting up an effective intervention program for the autistic children will be explained step by step. Later, the study will discuss the characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorder in detail. The reader will get a clear and informative view of autism from the entire content of the system. The world had no idea about the existence of Autism sixty years ago. In today's world, it has been one of the harshest developmental disorders among the children's. The reasons are still unknown, and there is no way to treat such inherent disorder. This developmental disorder impairs and badly affects the processing of information, socializing skills and communication among its victims. This disorder was first identified by the psychiatrist Leo Kanner in the year 1943 and then later confirmed by Asperger in year 1944. The study of Kanner and Asperger is completely independent of each other. Asperger presented his conclusion as Asperger's Syndrome which was later identified as Autism's form. The work of both Kanner and Asperger provided us a base for the modern studies of Autism.

Autism

Autism can be defined as an inborn disorder that can affect the development of normal brain in a Human being. It is capable of causing severe developmental disorder. Autism was initially recognized by the Kanner and Asperger in the year 1943 and 1944. The information process within a brain of a child is a primary affect of Autism. General thinking regarding autism is that information's can appear to the autistic persons in the form of set only. They are not capable to observe individual information of surroundings at once such as sense of smell, hear, feel, and see. As a result, autism ultimately affects the ability of its victim to interact with others in surroundings such as making effective interactions with other people. Autistics people cannot react suitably to the environment. Kenner suggested that unlike normal humans, the autistics peoples like to live in their own world. They neglect the social life in their surroundings (Sherratt et al, 2002).

Characteristics or symptoms of Autism

Each victim of autism possesses a different set of symptoms. It is not necessary that all autistics possess a same set of symptoms.
