Introduction

This paper will discuss and analyze the factors that contributed to one of the greatest tragedies that have struck the United States of America, and the way perceptions have changed about United States in the rest of the word. There has been a distinct shift in the policy of Untied States of America after these attacks (Pyszczynski & Greenberg, 2003). There will also be a discussion about how American has changed their attitude towards the rest of the world after this event.
