This research paper is based on children risks with no family support. Various researches have shown that children without parental care are involved in Juvenile delinquency, it refer to crimes committed by minors. Most legal systems address this issue using procedural specialties when prosecuting such conduct and specific coercive repression, for example, juvenile detention centers. Today, many children suffer from the breakup of their family. Others have parents who spend their time just so they grow without attention and moral instruction they need.
Some experts believe that because of the environment issues, children do not develop the ability to bond, so it is easier to end the lives of others, often without any remorse. According to some observers, there are indications that several modern media encourage aggressive behavior of the children who are without parental care. In most cases, Children lack family support due to the unstructured family, domestic violence, the dynamics of conflict between parents and children, the lack or excess of discipline, neglect or lack of bonding are some of the factors that have been identified as the children risks with no family support (Parent, 2010).

The statistics related to youth crime are immensely disturbing and upsetting to the universal society of mankind. Such statistics show that youth crime is increasing at an increasing rate. There is more number of children imprisoned in youth jails. The people, who are found to be engaged in youth crimes, are the one who have faced difficult circumstances in their lives, which usually include the death of parents, poverty, family breakdown, parental alcoholism, parental abuse, social abuse, overcrowding and other subsequent factors (Brynin, 2009).
