Introduction

The training and development of the company's employee becomes necessary in the employment system. It is the balance between the skills and abilities and current and potential people, and current requirements and future of the organization. This is done according to the environment, mission, and strategy. The comprehensive training and development system of the organization assist its members to perform their tasks. It enhances the strengths and performance of the person and meets future liabilities.

All employees can enhance their performances and skills to meet the organizations liabilities. It has now become the backbone of the Human Resource Department. As a result of this situation, the difference between training and development is not always very clear. The reasons to invest in training are many. For all these reasons can add a brief comment on one of the most remarkable phenomena of our time, called by sociologists today, "the explosion of knowledge." As noted in this introduction, the world suffers an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.

It is increasingly common to see adults and seniors returning to university classrooms. Since the cases of men and ordinary women that midlife undertake the arduous task of learning to read and write, to the case of great individuals like Thomas Alva Edison, who began his studies in botany at the age of 80 years.
