Introduction Castle Nursing Home PLC is providing residencies to old age pensioners in the North England. It has become giant nursing home provider in the United Kingdom. Because of rampant growth and restructuring has been taking place for about last five years, the business has been facing jeopardy and inconsistency in accomplishing its goals. Castle Nursing Home is recently trying to align its operations across the organization. The business is widespread i.e. having more than 200 nursing homes, therefore, multiplying the problems at an exorbitant rate. Several publications are mutilating the repute and claiming that it has become disjointed, distracted from their vision & mission & mismanaged. The painstaking efforts undertaken by the employees of the company can be lost in vain if they will not focus on their present & future of the business. They need a vivid & workable strategies and direction in order to nourish & flourish their organization and to do this; they require undoing all their efforts. The major stakeholders i.e. stockholders and managers are aware of the fact that it has achieved success so early and maintaining it has become more problematic. This report is written with an aim to provide an outline regarding the business strategies and tools that can be used to get Castle Nursing Home rid of such problems. Side by side, the report will cover evaluation & review of the present position and performance of the company.

Operations management comprise all the activities, responsibilities and decisions businesses do in order to manage the production and delivery of the products and services (Slack et. al, 2010, pp. 4). (ii) Product/Service Development Function: Area related to the development & continuous improvement in the provision of products & services.
