What is the problem or research question?

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship and association between sexual trauma and eating disorder, taking into account the effects of developmental stage of the victim and the effects of multiple sexual assaults.

What are the variables? Identify the dependent and dependent variables?

A variable is a feature to be measured in different individuals is capable of adopting different values; the variables used in this study are sexual trauma and eating disorder. The terms dependent and independent variable is usually used in experimental studies, which have to manipulate some variables. In this study sexual trauma is the independent variable and eating disorder is dependent variable.

What is (are) the hypothesis? determine if directional or non-directional

Hypothesis1

Rape victim will show modest evidence of eating disorder behavior, but this will be exceeded by the level of eating disorder pathology in victims of childhood sexual abuse.

Hypothesis 2

Individuals who have experienced both rape and childhood sexual abuse will show significantly higher levels of eating disorder disturbance than individuals who have experienced either of these conditions alone.

Hypothesis 3

Multi-impulsive BN will be most common in victims of childhood sexual abuse, particularly those who are later raped in adulthood.

What can you comment on the review of literature? Do you think it is adequate?

The author has failed to provide a comprehensive review of literature, which can be considered adequate for internal validation of the study. The author has not discussed different dynamics of the topic, which further proves the non-comprehension status of literature review and advocate the inadequacy of literature.
