The company selected is Lone Star healthcare, follows equalized workplace environment, which is better for the company's employees in the aspect that they get a better environment to work in and in return they provide they better productivity. While, on the other hand, it is good for the company as well in terms that the employee's better productivity results in company's good turnover. The company is also attractive for women and minorities. This is because of that they believe in providing the equal work opportunities to both genders. Any employee belonging to the minority race does not feel any discrimination here (Avery and McKay, 2006). The company has always managed to provide the better employment opportunities and the work place environment to women and minorities so that the female staff and minorities of the organization remain safe and motivated. These are the key point that gives it a favorable reputation in managing diversity.
The main aim of the company is to provide its employees an environment which is free from the complications or conflicts. That is why they provide an environment where they deal every employee free of any discrimination and with full equality and respect (Cox, 1993).
