Introduction

Freedom of speech is a right of an individual to express his or her opinions and ideas (Werhan, 2004). Freedom of expression is sometimes used simultaneously with freedom of speech and it also includes any other act of searching, receiving and giving thought s or information (Clarke et.al,2002). There is no restriction on the medium of communication used.
