4. Critically examine how and why Dell changed its culture and the significance of such a change.

Dell change the culture, that democracy should be excluded from evil. When people are not responsible for the acts, people are not in all honesty, they do so, you tell them, do not let them destroy the company. Dell hopes employee ownership with compliance. People were told that if they do not say anything, then they are to blame. And the company cannot fix the circumstances it does not know.
