Cognitive behavior therapy (or cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT) is the psychotherapeutic approach, speech therapy, which aims to solve problems dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and knowledge through the goal-oriented, systematic procedure. Title is used in various ways to designate behavior therapy, cognitive therapy, and to refer to the combination therapy based on basic research and cognitive behavior (Butler, 2008).
