Being in a management position usually requires the decision-making system. Decision making is the process by which managers respond to opportunities, threats, analyze all options available and make an informed decision that is consistent with the objectives of the organization. The decision helps to decide the further course of action. Decision making is one of the fundamental responsibilities of a manager's job. There are other responsibilities, which usually involve problem solving and work distribution. A manager must make informed decisions based on their experience, expertise and experience.

Second main function of management is prepared and organized. Management must organize all your resources before implementing the course of action to decide that it has provided basis function. Through this process, administration will now determine direction setting in interior, establishing and maintaining relationships, and allocate necessary resources.

While determining address configuration on inside, management must look at different divisions or departments. They also see to harmonization of staff, and try to find best way to handle important tasks and costs of information within company. Management determines division of labor according to his need. You must also decide to appropriate departments to deliver to authority and responsibilities.

Control is function of management. Working under this management feature helps to direct and supervise personnel actions. This helps them to assist staff in achieving corporate objectives and fulfilling their personal goals or career that can be powered by motivation, communication, dynamic department, and leadership of department.

Workers are usually caused highly exceed their job performance and also play an important role in achieving goal of company (Gomez and Cardy 2008). And here is reason why managers are focused on motivating their employees. You can tell through rewards programs and incentives based on job performance and oriented in direction of requirements of employees. Some examples of incentives are performance reviews, annual and half, and several other competitions within group. Motivation in my opinion is most important aspect of management. It is very easy to manage the happy employee, but may be difficult in dealing with unmotivated or anxious workers. energy put an angry employee is contagious and can really have an effect on team morale. It is very important to maintain the productive work environment, creating positive interpersonal relationships and resolution of problems. This can only be done with "vigor" of communication. Understanding communication process and working in areas that need improvement, to help administrators more effectively.
