Introduction

Many years ago people only had a limited amount of natural resources that were used all over the world. As resources are scarce and the people wants are never ending, many people have found alternative of these resources. The resources most commonly used all over the world are coal, oil and gas. The reducing reserves of these natural resources have urged the importance of finding out its alternatives so that the increasing demands of the people can be fulfilled. The natural resources are used by people in their daily routines like cooking food, producing electricity and moving the cars. The limited resources have made analysis to give the view that the next wars in the world will be on occupying the resources instead of on territories and on people.

Discussion

Energy is the capacity to perform a work or activity. The work or activity includes the movement of the object from one place to another, to make a thing and many other activities. Energy is an invisible form that is in many forms like mechanical energy, chemical energy, kinetic energy, sound energy, nuclear energy, electrical energy and heat energy. An object has two kinds of energy; first the potential energy which is present within the object that enables it to move and second is the kinetic energy is the energy dependent on different factors. Heat energy that is generated from increasing the temperature of a material for example gas which is the resultant of burning water and electrical energy that is produced after converting the resources like water and gas to produce electrical energy. Basically there are two kinds of energy; renewable and non-renewable source of energy. Renewable energy resources are air, water, sun, wind and etc. Non-renewable energy resources include those sources that cannot deplete over time.
