The company selected for this assignment is 'Microsoft'. Microsoft is one of the leading IT companies of the world having top most leadership in all. Microsoft is a company which leads an employee base of more than 500 employees. These employees include the most technical and managerial layer workers who are considered as the capital asset of the company.

Initially the business is started as a sole proprietor business and therefore Bill gates and other members run this towards sublime heights. Now the company has becomes a global public limited company and has shares floated in the market too. Now there are the changes in the board and management committee has also taken place because the company from a room moves to a global presence and from a single leader to a number of key management positions.

These key management people are not only qualified and competent but they are experienced to handle the daily chores of the company. Being an IT company Microsoft needs to have different tiers of employees whereas, all the employees are competent and the company itself has developed their training programs in such a manner that wherever they feels a lacking train the employee to fill the gap.

These people are qualified enough to govern their business affairs as they are recruited according to the job description and nature while on the other hand, in the field of technology and instruments a person with the market knowledge and experience is the key target of the HR and head hunting companies.
