It is a non-profit organization, which provides facilities for hospital and clinical care to the citizens of United States of America, along with that the clinic also serves as an educational and research facility for medical students. The Cleveland Clinic Canada offers complete medical, oriented troubleshooting to address many of the concerns of most pressing health. Board of Directors: Board of directors are said to be accountable to the shareholders of the entity which in this case is the hospital. They are said to hold annual meetings whereby they have to produce a report and highlight the progress of the entity at a micro and macro level. It also highlights the future plans and strategy. The main premise behind the existence of board of directors is the fact that they are responsible for prosperity of the entity by being in direct control of the affairs of the entity and at the same time also ensuring that the interest of the shareholders stay intact in the process. Boards of directors are also responsible for meeting challenges that the entity faces and resolve issues as they arise in relation to corporate ethics and corporate governance (www.brefigroup.co.uk).

Executive Leadership: Role of the executive leadership is to ensure that there is survival via profitability and viability. Executive leadership ensures that there is high level of motivation, guidance as well as control when it comes to the employees simultaneously the executives should have a long term approach towards success and ensure that the organization has a strong presence in the years to come.
