Establishment of primary care satellite in suburbs of the community will be a good move by the organization. The growing community of suburban and suburbs itself is facing difficulty in their medical treatment and checkups. Primary care satellite will allow us to treat people in remotely areas who do not get to the clinic or hospital for their treatment. We are a medical service provider, and we must think about humanity above financial expenditures. As doctors and medical service providers, we must also think about people who do not have access to reach a clinic for their treatment. Yes, we might have earned the increased revenue of 15 % in the past year, but right now we are just focusing on increasing our business revenues, but this must not be our only purpose. We need to expand our system to serve people more and more, and in my opinion establishment of primary care satellite will be a good move by the organization to reach out to people and expand our medical system.

Establishing a primary care satellite does not imply that we will charge medical services for free or less, it implies that we will charge them accordingly but to the inaccessible areas with our expert physicians, which will enable us to cover up the cost of the strategic planning for next year. It will be beneficial for physicians and the organization itself in many ways (Kahn et al., 2010).

Before just focusing on the business goal of the organization, we must also know the benefit of the establishment of primary care satellite. It will build a positive and favorable reputation in the medical industry and suburbs community about our organization.
