Professor O'Brien has given many lectures on the subject of psychology and regarding its scientific history. He says that psychology pertains to both an applied discipline and an academic that focuses upon studying the behaviors and minds of human beings. The subject of psychological research tends to provide the students with the explanations in the context of the ways in which people perceive, act, and feel. According to him, there are numerous applications in psychology which consist of performance enhancement, self-help, mental problems and their treatment, and various other domains that are most likely to impact the health and daily lives of human beings.
