Introduction

In any organization HR has the function of meeting the human capital requirement of the company. This process needs to have expert personnel to develop an appropriate and well suited process mechanism to meet the demands of the organization. One of the key jobs of the HR department of the company is to recruit and select the employees and work force for the company. During this course of hiring and firing, HR comes up with facing some problems and these problems vary from organization to organization and their requirements regarding the needs of the experts and employees they need. The problem I m going to discuss in my assignment is the redesigning of recruitment and selection processes in mobile maintenance company, it also put a light on the issue of admission of persons to an organization, raised by the theory of Human Resource Management, and defined as the process of attracting candidates capable of filling stations work within organizations, and among these, choose those that are most likely to adapt to the post, with the knowledge, skills, experience, attitudes and skills for the position (Hays et.al, 2009, pp. 184).

Recruitment is a job that needs business expertise, perspective and capability to search the finest possible applicant for the company, promotion skills (to advertise the spot to the applicant) and knowledge to bring into line the selection methods for the advantage of the business. During this process of recruitment HR department constantly faces some challenges. One of the main problems is to find out the best and loyal candidate for the organization.

The process of recruitment and selection is a set of stages or steps that aim to recruit and select the right people for a job in a company. It starts with defining the profile of the applicant, and continues the search, recruitment or call for applicants, their evaluation, selection and hiring of the most qualified, and the induction and training of staff. This process involves several stages: first perform different steps as analysis, description and job design, which provides the second stage's key information in order to recruit suitable persons for these positions inside and outside the organization, finally, is the selection from these the best people using various selection technique.
