Introduction

With the England's B&B problematic situation of 44% rise in the B&B (bed and breakfast) accommodation, the rise in the homeless people has created a problem for the government that how to accommodate such large number of people. In the year 2012, there have been approximately 3960 people who have reported that they cannot afford their living expenses and chooses to live in the B&B shelters. In this way, children are also affected by this problem and are not provided with the security of having a peaceful life. Every child, according the United Nation Convention on the Rights of Children (UNCRC) and UNICEF has stated that, children are to be provided with proper shelter and thus, with all schooling facility and every child must be getting a balanced diet in order to avoid any fatal disease or malnutrition problems.

The news has to do with shelter program provided by the government of Great Britain and the temporary accommodation, which it provides because of the increase in the number of people looking for such rooms because they cannot afford the living expenses in the England.

In 2002, the offices of the British organization "Save the Children " in BiH study was published, which stated that the rights of children education, health, social security and an adequate standard of level would be threatened, if the macroeconomic policies for international community and the Government of BiH will be conducted without changes.
