The term diversity is one that allows us to indicate, mark, or talk about the variety and difference that may have some things to each other. Companies have an interest in reflect the diversity of the society in which they operate. The same way that mixing men or women at work is, in fact, a dynamic factor and a stimulator of social performance, diversity is not compassion but of the economic and office of the company. In most of the countries, companies have placed the management of diversity at the heart of their strategy, are aware that the diversity in our societies has become an advantage both economically and socially, whose impact is felt on the creativity and competitiveness.
