This paper will focus on screening blood pressure for homeless population in the community of Baldwin Long Island. Marie Eugene Planning assist that routine screening of blood pressure during a visit to a doctor allows identifying people with a constantly high blood pressure, a high risk of hypertension and its subsequent complications in adulthood. Less than 5% of patients in Baldwin Long Island found the underlying medical cause of hypertension.
