Introduction

For the purpose of the assignment, we shall conduct a practical study on the issue of the effects of exercise. The paper highlights the practical experiment to show the effects of exercise of the heart rate, blood pressure and pulse of the subjects. To begin the assignment we shall start with the general effects and causes of changes in the aforementioned variables. The paper begins with background information on the subject which would then be followed by the details of the experiment.

Effects on cardiac output
