Dear Mr. Rameriz,

This letter is to inform you about your interview with Ms. Merriweather and to familiarize you with the basic immigration laws that apply to your case. Furthermore, in this letter, you will also find the details of the necessary documents which you need to submit to the office prior to the interview. In order for you to become a legal U.S resident, you need to follow certain procedure and submit related documents. For this case, Ms. Merriweather requires some important documents, relevant to the case in order to analyze the facts two weeks prior to her meeting with you.

However, before this, you need to be familiar with the immigration laws that apply on your case. As your wife is a resident of U.S., the Family Based Residency & Visa policy will be applied. According to this policy, a permanent resident can support immediate relatives such as spouse, child as well as parents of U.S. citizens.
