Introduction

Man is the political animal, thus he need a setup for his own ingenuity under which he could perform his own persuasive actions. The term constitution is described as a flexible or unitary, codified or unmodified, written or unwritten and entrenched or not entrenched. Constitution is an essence of promise that is designed to make the country future orderly. The United States written constitution was designed to prevent he rules and regulation for goods of its citizens. This document discusses the similarities and differences among United States constitution with United Kingdom and determines how they are similar and dissimilar. In later part of this paper I will discuss that why U.S should incorporate such difference.

Discussion

1) Discuss ONE substantive similarity between the US Constitution and your country of choice's constitution? How are they similar? Explain your answer

Both U.S and British political system have number of similarities in their constitution such as the Head of state, upper and lower house and a court system. The system of under which theri government are running is also based on democracy that means government can replace by the power of people.

The constitution of United Sates is the oldest codified constitution in world, it is simple and comparatively quite short as well. It is considered as the 'supreme law of the land'. There are the arguments who propose that the British constitution does not exist because it is just a single codified document. However, arguments are also suggested that British constitution has number of sources in written and unwritten form.

There are the rule of law that is considered as key point in both US and UK constitution that are as follows:
