Abstract

This paper offers an explanation of the servicing contract of unit deployment managers for the United States Air Force. This research paper then evaluates the Raytheon Code of Ethics in relation to US Air Force, as well as determines three most critical clauses in the Raytheon Code of Ethics that helps the United States Air Force in avoiding the impropriety appearance. Moreover, determine two additional provisions of ethics that US Air Force must include based on the Raytheon document, as well as offer recommendation adequately fills the gap on one key ethical violation in the industry.

Introduction

Nowadays, one of the prevailing issues faced by the organization is of unethical behavior and practices. Thus, it is essential to put into practice Code of Conduct to make the operation and work processes ethical. Raytheon Code of Ethics offers ethical guidelines that will help the organization to carry out their business operations, such as servicing contract of unit deployment managers for US Air Force in an ethical manner. This paper reviews the Raytheon's Code of Conduct and examines how it can be effectively incorporate in servicing contract of unit deployment managers for US Air Force.

Service that New Contracting Firm Provides

The Army Air Corps created US Air Force in 1947. One single event determined that commission, named Berlin Airlift. In the Berlin Airlift, the Air Force air-dropped required provided supplies to residents behind the Berlin Wall. The individuals responsible for packing supplies were Air Force unit deployment personnel managers. These personnel were assigned to arrange such items of lifesaving.

The service that I would like to offer is the Servicing Contract of Unit Deployment Managers for US Air Force. The responsibility of Air Force unit deployment manager is to carry out all function of administration for troops that are deployed to attain the mission of Air Force during war or peacetime. It is also a responsibility of deployment manager to deploy and keep account of servicing contract of unit deployment managers for operations of Air Force. In addition, deployment managers of Air Force unit work in units that have a mission of mobility. Deployment managers usually need to work in an office environment with access to personnel data so that they can keep and maintain mobility records.

Raytheon Code of Ethics

Raytheon's Code of Conduct promotes values such as excellence, commitment, integrity and people, which are the basis of ethical behavior or conduct. This document offers additional guidance regarding business conduct, as well as emphasizes on interaction and teamwork among suppliers, customers, fellow employees and other stakeholders.

Raytheon Code of Ethics turned out to be quite effective in avoiding unethical behavior, such as failure in keeping or updating personnel or procurement records.
