In order to expand globally, the painting company will have to tackle some specific issues to help review the international competition in their operational region to make its aims clear and categorize certain strategies for its global expansion. This development process further includes the adjustment of organization according to the current affairs, both political and economical, and the determination of the fact whether its services are best standardized or not. This paper discusses the frameworks and strategies to direct the globalization of the painting company, certain issues regarding global expansion, as well as tangible examples of many options different companies have chosen (John, 2003).

In order to expand their painting company globally, particularly in France, the CEO, Co-CEOs and the executives will have to make a proper outline of effective and productive business and marketing strategies along with sufficient knowledge of the political and economic issues that will occur during the process of their expansion and growth in France.
